Stayed here before?
I stayed at this motel in March. Elevators were broke 90% of the time. Bathroom overflowed almost nightly in the lobby.
Food was the same everyday. Some staff was friendly. The shows at night were OK the girls that performed were wonderful and friendly. This is a hotel where you never take your socks off to walk around the room. Man made beach is dirty and the dock is old and falling apart. Just plain yucky. ... More

What a great time my husband and I had. The rooms were clean the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was decent and the alcohol they put in the drinks were very generous. We went down to relax and get out of the winter weather and we got what we wanted. Would recommend this hotel. If your looking for a good time this is a great value for the money. Let me start by saying the vacation was wonderful. The problems started immediately when we went to check in at the Paradise Island Harbour Resort. We were given keys and went upstairs to find a room with two double beds. We were under the impression from our reservations that we had a king size bed. So we went down stairs to discuss this with the front desk. We spoke to three people. Same story from each of them. \There is nothing we can do we don't have any king size rooms.\So I immediately con... More
Let me start by saying the vacation was wonderful. \There is nothing we can do we don't have any king size rooms.\So I immediately contacted the company we booked our vacation through bookit.com. After ten minutes on the phone with bookit.com and asking to switch to another hotel the front desk miraculously found a room with a king size bed. Funny how that happened. The rooms are extremely dirty. The floor hasn't been mopped in ages and there was alot of dust accumulated around the air vents. This hotel is all inclusive including drinks. However on several occasions (three I specifically remember) I was told they could not make the drink I requested because their machines for the drink mix weren't ready. Mind you this wasn't 8am in the morning. It was either late afternoon or early evening when this occured. The restaurants are ok at best. However on several occassions when we went to dinner later in the evening (during their dinner hours) desserts and other foods were completely gone. How do I know this? Because before we went to excursion I checked the cafeteria restaurant to see what they had to eat. They do not replenish the food. So if you eat later good luck you may not get much.We also had a problem with our room key. During our stay after being tired from shopping we went up the elevator to our room. We tried our key and guess what? The keys didn't work. Both of our keys. The lady at the front desk asked us if we had had the keys near a magnet or credit card. This was their reason why the keys miraculous stopped working.Lastly during our stay we had very noisy neighbors who were screaming at each other at 4am in the morning. When we told them about this the next morning their response was they would talk to them about it. That's it. No apology.Overall we highly recommend the BAHAMAS. It was a great time. Just DON'T stay at this hotel.

First off it's really not a resort but more like a hotel. There is not a variety of activities that you can do there with your family or your significant other. The only \ammenities\ they have are of course the pool (which taste like salt water) A beach (man made) and food (which I found mold in my cheese). There is no ventilation in the halways so everyday it smells like mildew. You are unable to get ventilation in your room as well because the windows don't open. Since the windows were unable to open a lot of our wet clothes stayed wet and would not dry no matter what temperature the room was in. Not only is it far from the downtown but the closest entertainment attraction by the hotel is Atlantis. But even there has restrictions because it is exclusive to its guest. The workers are very lazy and work very slowly. They have bad attitudes and it shows because they don't try to cover it up. All I know is that was my first and my last time going to the Bahamas on a vacation.
