Been in Nassau for one day from a cruise ship., I will never forget the blueness and clearness of the water as we cruised into port. Remember the straw market, at the dock the  english style policemen, some steps going up a long  ways to somewhere, the casino and a drink at a fancy hotel.Nassau is nice and I would go there again if I could.
