Wurstfest New Braunfels SmokehouseI grew up 40 miles from NewBraunfels in the Texas Hill Country. Tubing down the Guadalupe River is a lot of fun relaxing watching the turtles sun themselves on logs.Rent an extra tube to float an ice chest with you with snacks and beverages & lots of sunscreen. Note: It gets very crowded. The New Braunfels Smokehouse (IH35 & HWY 46) has great authentic food jerky etc. Enjoy the German hospitality.

I AM FROM NEW BRAUNFELS ! TRANSFERRED TO MICHIGAN. IT HAS LOADS OF THINGS TO DO. CAVRONS AND WILD LIFE PARK IS VERY CLOSE. TUBING THE RAPIDS OR GOING TO GUERN FOR WINE TASTING YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH IT.... More
