Everyone must go to New Orleans!!! 
I have traveled all over the world and New Orleans remains my favorite city ANYWHERE.  I went there in 1999 for the first time and fell in love.  My next trip there was to relocate. I lived there from 2001-2005 until before Katrina.  If you are a person who loves music, food, art, architecture, people with soul, and enjoying life New Orleans is the place for you.  I wont say that there are not problems there, it is by no means perfect.  However it may be the best time of your life.  I have been back 6 times since Katrina I plan to move back this year.
