Mardi Gras in New Roads is so Beautiful and the party goes on all day !!

New Roads, LA , located on the scenic False River provide a Mardi Gras season you'll never forget. The weekend before Mardi Gras is full of parades in surrounding towns located in Pointe Coupee Parish. There are also balls that weekend leading up to Tuesday. There is a morning parade around 11:00 a.m. sponsored by the Community Club. Each year the parade seem to get bigger and better with several bands.
