1.My experience in Newport

I went to Newport Rhode Island for a mini vacation and stayed by Hotel Viking. The service of the hotel was amazing. The layout of the hotel was amazing. The second I entered Newport I fell in love. In Newport their is a feeling of peace and togetherness. It is a place where you can meditate and enjoy the sites. I saw the mansions and it took my breathe away. I love everything about Newport and I hope to go back in the future. To me Newport is home and where I belong.... More

Newport Rhode Island exudes history charm and wealth. The infamous cliff walk is one of the most breath taking sites. It runs along the cliffs at the ocean and the mansions soe of them Vanderbilt mansions. The people of Newport were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it!!! ... More

etc.Newport is breathtaking. I live in Rhode Island and my family and I go to Newport all the time. Newport is full of life boasting the Cliff Walk mansions concerts and an old colonial feel to it. I would'nt say their beaches are the best in the state but Rhode Island is very compact and there are great sandy beaches just minutes away like our family favorite Scarborough in Narragansett. For a more laid-back atmosphere smaller Jamestown across the bay has cute little boutiques and restaurants t... More

I would'nt say their beaches are the best in the state but Rhode Island is very compact and there are great sandy beaches just minutes away like our family favorite Scarborough in Narragansett. For a more laid-back atmosphere smaller Jamestown across the bay has cute little boutiques and restaurants that aren't as crowded as it's brother's Aquidneck Island (Newport Middletown Portsmouth).
