Absolutely Beautiful! But, if you really want an experience, go see the Horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side. The only reason our trip was a bit expensive is because our family rode up from Florida in a RV. ... Read Full Review | Report This

Be Sure to Pack an Extra Wallet

The falls are a must see. They are spectacular in the summer as well. They have wonderful fireworks most of the year round. I believe you should pack your own food though. If you plan on taking a family vacation. I recommend to just drive on up and shop around for motels outside Niagara, the expense of things are OUTRAGEOUS. Hiking the river

There is the beginning of the hiking traing going to Tobermory. Its a grat experience to hike a portion of it. The lower gorge has also some great hiking right down to the river. All is free. I dont recommend hiking down on the American side its not that pretty there, but if you want to be next to the turbulent water, you can try it. ... Read Full Review | Report This

Canada's where it's at.

I'm not a Canadian but I've been to both sides of the falls, and the Canadian side is really where it's all at. Lots to do downtown, and the Niagara peninsula has one of the best wine regions in the world. However please don't drink and drive, if you think US laws are harsh, don't mess with Canada. Take the bus if you're gonna drink, don't end up in some Canadian jail. Also, consider a trip to the Falls in January -- for the view -- it's beautiful. There is an icewine festival usually in Ja ... Lots to see, do, Casino, some of the best resturants in the country... be sure and go to Lewiston.... darling village... in the summer, the Jet Boat is a must!!! the concerts at Artpark, the history, museums,festivals, not enough time to do it all!!!! Eastern soccar tournaments, Buffalo only 20 min.... Navel park... one of the best art museums at Niagara University... I could go on and on..... ... Read Full Review | Report This
