Whether it's walking along the Marginal Way browsing the many shops in the Cove and the downtown area deep sea fishing on the Bunny Clark heading to the beach lobstah in the rough at the Shack anything at Barnacle Billy's or... I live in Maine and natives know that the best time to go to Ogunquit is in Sept. after the crowds are gone and before the leaf peepers. It is a beautiful clean beach...and don't miss the Marginal way walk along the ocean. Also there is a wonderful art museum in Ogunquit located in a beautiful spot on the ocean. For a wonderful beach in season head on up to Popham State Beach....a wonderful beach with an island that you can walk out to at low tide. Poeple are starting to discover itbut it is ... More
