On its web site the Ritz Grande Lakes offers a "Bed and Breakfast Package" with free breakfast and valet parking for $238 a night. But when you finally reach reservations on the phone all that's 'available' are rooms starting at $419 a night (plius 12.5 percent in local taxes). If the special package is not available (during a recession yet) they should take the offer off their web site. And just try reacddhing the hotel's reservations manager by phone. He does not return calls.... More
