I've been to Paris 3 years in a row and am in love with the City Of Lights! Everything about Paris is wonderful the people the sights the food the culture in every way shape and form. We visted Paris Oct of 2005 and 2006. No crowdsperfect weather. We stayed each time at Hotel St. Dominic on rue St.Dominic. 7th Arr. Converted convent. Rooms are very small but no problem. The staff is great. Room costs around 120 Euros per night. Breakfast on site about 8 euros. Little coffee shop across the street. Chinese deli next door excellent. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the Eiffel TowerLouvre(free admission Sunday nights)the Dome churchMusee D'OrsayNotre Damethe Seine. Get ... More

Felt safe armed guards everywhere. Learn some French.
