I LOVE PARMA! 
A beautiful city, more quaint that Sienna or others, but very nice. It was the first town i visited in Italy and I fell in love right away. The best prociutto in all of ITALY! Try it any which way they serve it to you. Enjoy sitting outside at a cafe talking and eating with friends and people watching.
