MSMr. "don't go to Pearl MS" I am really sorry your 12 year old child had a bad experience there but certainly the city must have leash laws these apply even if the dog is in it's own front yard trust me I know I got a ticket in my hometown in TN for having my dogs unleashed in my own lawn. To any and all who may want to frequent pearl Ms. Don't unless you want to be in an area where law enforcement thinks the constitution is a piece of toilet paper. example-this is true my 12 year old daughter came home from school and let the dog out to do his business. the telephone rang she stepped inside to answer it she left the door slightly open so the dog can come back inside. the brave folks with the pearl Pd pulled into her driveway(this is trespassing) grabbed( they stole the dog) the d... To any and all who may want to frequent pearl Ms. Don't unless you want to be in an area where law enforcement thinks the constitution is a piece of toilet paper. example-this is true my 12 year old daughter came home from school and let the dog out to do his business. the telephone rang she stepped inside to answer it she left the door slightly open so the dog can come back inside. the brave folks with the pearl Pd pulled into her driveway(this is trespassing) grabbed( they stole the dog) the dog from his own front yard (they did not try to see if anyone was home) my daughter was traumatized--once again the dog was on his own PRIVATE property the cops pulled into the driveway of PRIVATE property. and now they are going to make my exwife who is still a single mom trying to raise two daughters pay $400.00 to get the dog back. Also on the same street there is at least 2 houses of non english speaking illegal aliens that the cops just ignore I guess its easier to make a child cry than to do real police work in Pearl Ms.. so if you want to frequent any place in MS go ahead just stay as far away from Pearl ms as possible unless you are an illegal alien the PEARL GESTAPO will harrass you --unless you commit a real crime then they just hide.
