Sky Harbor was awful 
We got into the airport at 10:45 pm, and there was some sort of a delay with getting the luggage from the plane.  We waited until 1:00 am until our luggage finally rolled off, and then we got to find the car rental place.  That started a whole new waiting game...It was after 3:00 am when we finally left the airport.  I liked Phoenix.  I hated the airport.
