Cleanliness
The Greeter at the the front desk belied a room that was dirty and uncomfortable. It was noisy, not only from passing trains but also you could hear the guy on the second floor walk across the room and when he turned on his shower it sounded like the proverbial great flood.
This place was simply awful!!
