Retired couple, enjoyed our stay. Nice room, no problem with staff, meals good, beach fine, would go again

The hotel staff was horrible. The people at the front desk were unpleasant and not helpful. Unless you upgraded the rooms were nasty, smelly. The hot water and lights kept going out! The food was not very good. Difinitely not what i expected. The drinks were watered down. The beach was beautiful. Would go to D.R. again but not to this hotel.
