Almost heaven!

With any luck, this little bit of lush greenery with the friendliest people on earth will remain just that. Beautiful rain forest, high misty waterfalls, hot springs, amazing flora and fauna and genuinely happy friendly people make this island a true pleasure to visit. Of the 8 or 9 Caribbean island we have visited, Dominica is by far the most interesting. Not known for beaches, but rain forest, soaring mountains, deep gorges, hot springs, amazing flora and intelligent people.... ... Read Full Review | Report This

When they say that this island still appears as Columbus might have seen it, it is all true! Virtually no modern development, an island full of friendly and helpful natives, beautiful nature hikes and scuba available, and reasonable prices make this island a true delight to visit! ...
