Mixing Asian and European influences, this restaurant at the Guam Hilton offers fine dining both familiar and exotic. Teak and batik accent the decor, as does regional art. Founder Roy Yamaguchi's energetic menu includes mouthwatering Szechwan Baby Back Ribs and many seafood dishes like Blackened Ahi and Coconut Crusted Shrimp, all served with rich sauces. It's a paradise, if not for dieters. The lounge features specialty martinis and the vocal harmonies of Guam favorites Mico and Stevie (7pm-midnight Friday and Saturday nights, come early as seating is limited).
