I bring groups from New Jersey through San Diego every year on the way into Mexico to build homes for the poor. The city is an amazing place to prepare for a difficult week of work and ministry. Favorite spots for east coasters include--In-N-Out Burger on Sports Arena Blvd...Pacific Beach...Taco Surf...Cabrillo National Park...Old Town...Salvation Army on Sports Arena Blvd...Point Loma Nazarene University...and Kings Fish House on the 8. ... I lived in San Diego for 6 years. Originally from Georgia. I loved it!! But it was to expensive to stay there and live. Cost of housing skyrocketed. The wages are to low for the cost of living in that area. You can't beat the weather. That's the best part about San Diego. If I could have afforded to stay there I would have. LaJolla is beautiful also. If you've never been to visit, it is well worth at least a visit. People who live there, thank your lucky stars you can afford it. ... Read Full Review | Report This

San Diego is truly a little piece of paradise. The weather is the best in the US. Visitors are in easy reach of the ocean, mountails or desart. I enjoys one of the worlds best zoos and a fantastic Wild Animal Park. It host Sea World and Lego Land and is within easy reach of LA's Disney Land and other LA attractions. Balbao Park hosts a wide variety of museums. ... Read Full Review | Report This
