Over Priced and going south. 
Let me start by saying when i was younger (18) I Loved the area. So mush so that i wanted to move there. Well... I got married and moved from Chicago to San Diego and was dissapointed. Maybe Because Chicago is so nice and so much bigger and more to do but... I think its also because San Diego is Getting much more run Down than it used to be and where its still nice Lo Jolla etc its very overpricd. It`s ashame, The San Diego of My Vacations in Young adulthood was wonderful and now..... Not so.
