San Francisco is a beautiful city~! For all the people that say its dirty and there are beggars everywhere...uHm HELLO there are homeless people and dirt everywhere so get over yourself.I live across the Bay Bridge and still love going to Fisherman's Wharf, SF MOMA and my favorite: Ocean Beach early in the morning, doing all the typical tourist things. Unfortunately, all you haters are missing the essence of San Francisco. We are not a theme park but a living, breathing place that has it highs and lows. We invite you to come and get out of the tourist areas and see the real San Francisco neighborhoods as we are a city of diverse thought and environments. Every time you enter a new neighborhood, you enter a whole new world of culture, food, art and music. It is this diversity that makes San Francisco special along with the beautiful sites. ... I have been going to S.F. for the past 15 or more years, sometimes I would make the trip 2-4 times a year, but not anymore. Crazies wandering around the city, beggars with cups hassling you on every street corner, people camped out on the sidewalks and rude salespeople and hotel personnel, who act as if they are doing you a favor by your visiting and spending money in their city. I agree. San Francisco is dirty and one can't go anywhere without being confronted by drug addicts and homeless people. The parks are full of people lying around and trashing the place. It is a beautiful setting and there is some beautiful old architecture but give me Chicago or Portland any day ... Read Full Review | Report This
