This college town meets cowboy country is a true gem. Located on the central coast of California you are right by the ocean mountains and most important central coast wine country. Central coast winery's are up and coming and giving Sonama Italy France and other well rated wine country a run for their money. You get a first class town surrounded by first class climate in a laid back relaxed atmosphere. WIth wonderful independent book stores and coffee shops on Higuera street that transforms ... More

Central coast winery's are up and coming and giving Sonama Italy France and other well rated wine country a run for their money. You get a first class town surrounded by first class climate in a laid back relaxed atmosphere. WIth wonderful independent book stores and coffee shops on Higuera street that transforms into nigh tclub central once the sun goes down. This could possibly be California's best kept secret. Don't forget to visit the world class university Cal Poly and hike through the canyons to discover architect students senior projects as well as other gems
