Growing Town

I first visited Sandpoint when I was 8 years old (1958 or so) and never forgot it even though there wasn't much there. I have since visited numerous times over the years and have witnessed enormous growth but a continued "small town" feel. Sandpoint is beautiful any time of year. My suggestion if you want to visit, is to fly into Spokane and then drive through Coeur d'Alene (another fantastically beautiful place to visit) and up to Sandpoint. Pretty little town with lots going on. The lake, skiing and a hop skip and a jump to Canada and the tap room at the Kokanee Brewery in Creston BC. Yummy ... Read Full Review | Report This
