Landing in Santiago, be sure to have a window seat. The snow capped mountains year round are unforgettable. With a map, you can walk everywhere, Plaza de las Armas to the Mercado Central for seafood is only a few blocks. Walk further to Museo de Bellas Artes, and across the Mapocho River to Bella Vista district for Lapiz Lazuli. For arts and crafts, Los Domenicos is an artisans village.
