LOVE CHILE- MODERN, EUROPEAN AND FUN 
I was Santiago, Vina Del Mar and Valparaiso and I loved it.  I question the taste of the  person that stated that she did not like Santiago.  Santiago is one the most modern, clean and organize cities in Latin America,  If you are looking for third world city or looking for ruins, Santiago is not for you.  It has a great European culture, great restraurant, tea houses and shops.
