A great place for 2-3 days before starting a cruise from Valpaririso 
Nice down town . Walk around and then get a lunch in the central fish market one day and dinner  the next at Aqui Este CoCo,  "CoCo's" The eel and sea bass are done many ways. (Yes the eel, is good) Of course get a bottle of the local wine dor dinner and a glass for lunch.
