NYThis resort city has a wonderful theme--Health History and Horses--the 3 H's. I would add a fourth H--Hospitality. It is a community that welcomes visitors as special guests and not simply tourists. As a former Mayor and native Saratogian may I suggest 'try us--you'll like us'... More
