Very poor hotel staff very rude and disrespectful to customers. The female front desk who works in the mornings/afternoons in particular.
On christmas eve (morning) the hotel driver hit my car and when I requested insurance info he refused until I got Tukwila police involved. Do not stay at this hotel or evenpark your car here you will be sorry I know I am.
