My family went to Seoul in March of 05. We adopted our youngest son from Korea. We were glad to have a week to visit this beautiful, fast paced, CLEAN city. I highly recommend visiting Seoul. There is enough English around to make it possible to self-navigate, but having a native speaker along is best. Plenty of English speaking tours are available. You realize when visiting Seoul that the USA isn't as superior in technological advancement as you might think. It is crowded but has an excellent transportation system.
