Minimize Carambola Beach Resort Review 
What a find. This place sits all by itself in a protected corner of the Island and is a great place to get away from it all. The rooms are all suites which are quite large and have full amenities as well as a mini kitchen. My wife and I arrived late in the afternoon the first day and had a bottle of wine out on our private screened in patio and just sat enjoying the surf and the tranquility. Restaurants on property are great and there are a couple of others nearby (you'll need a car rental, but they have those on property too. The beach, Spa, staff, and setting were great. We went exploring through the mountain pass behind the resort (other side of the rain forest) and found some incredible crystal clear tidal pools which we had all to ourselves. Great place to go and recharge the batteries!
