Home of the Atlantic Highlands Historical Society, the 21-room Strauss Mansion and Museum is the only Queen Anne-style building in Monmouth County that is open to the public. Various permanent displays, period furnished rooms, including a Victorian parlor, turn-of-the-century tool room, Native American and Lenape room and a library; and a Victorian-style garden can be seen at the Strauss Mansion, which was built as a summer cottage by Adolph Strauss.
