New Year Eve is one of the most spectacular events in Sydney that should not be missed if you plan to travel to this harbor city by end of the year. I visited my sister who is working there last new year and had a chance to enjoy the famous firework show in the country that secondly enters a new year of the world. I visited my sister who is working there last new year and had a chance to enjoy the famous firework show in the country that secondly enters a new year of the world. My second favorite place was Cairns in Queensland. My sister was so sweet when surprising me by a birthday present - a gift voucher to enjoy one day cruise and scuba dive in Great Barrier Reef. If you love exploring mystery under-the-sea world surprising yourself by the beauty of diverse reef and 'finding Nemo' clown fish in crystal blue ocean you can't miss it. I always recommend my friend about the trip that gave me joy and unforgettable experience: http://www.redballoondays.com.au/experience/SNL343

Think of New York but cleaner warmer more accessible with a good exchange rate. Shopping eating partying gambling museums sports concerts etc. Don't forget the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge where you can walk on top of it! The Rocks is also a nice place to spend a day. Darling Harbour is a must. Close by is Bondi Beach (although its no Jones Beach). Spent 7 months there and would go back in a heartbeat. ... More
