I was not in Winter Springs Fl for more than 10 minutes and I was arrested for DUI
thrown into the Seminole Co jail were I was jamed into this cell which filled up with about 30 other people. It got so tight in the cell you could not lay down or stretch out your legs. You could stand up or sit with on the floor with your legs bent. I had a place on the floor next to the toilet so its kinda like sitting next to a toilet in a publix bathroom with some guy sitting on the toilet. Then I was forced to strip and sprayed down with some kind of who the hell knows what. All this took place after the breath alcohol test of .000. The police report said that they could detect alcohol on my breath but that machine was not smelling any alcohol. Then they take you (in chains like a chain gang) to this court room in the jail were you think you may see some justice well think again you find out they don't give a crap about the Constitution. When you do make bail you get thrown out to the street at about 2:30 am to wonder the streets of Seminole Co Fl. I did not know were the hell I was. The United States Consitiution's states Excessive bail shall not be required nor excessive fines imposed nor crul or unusual punishment inflicted. My question is how much money should you have to pay to make bail when you just proved your not guilty of the charge and is being held below animal standards at the zoo crul.

I think it is in your best intrest to stay out of Winter Springs and Seminole co. unless you like a cavity search with your coffee cake the welcome wagon brings you.
