Hawaii Healing Ohana Spa

I am not one to write reviews...I think this may be a first but I have to write about this spa called Hawaii Healing Ohana Spa in Kailua Kona. We have been on the island for a week and unfortunately it has been rain rain rain. No beach no walking and don't feel like driving in the rain either. I saw an ad in the local paper for this spa and I thought I would try it with my husband since we couldn't do much outdoors. I have been to many spa's but I must tell you this spa is unbelievable! I saw an ad in the local paper for this spa and I thought I would try it with my husband since we couldn't do much outdoors. I have been to many spa's but I must tell you this spa is unbelievable! The staff made us feel so happy and welcome the treatments were frankly crazy good and I just wanted to stay there for the rest of my trip! This spa is absolutely fantastic and I truly believe you would miss a big chunk of Kona if you miss this place!!

Was in Kona for my honeymoon. I absolutely hated it. Thats right HATED! The restaurants were terrible. The people were dirty and disgusting and most of all RUDE! I expected a lot more. We spent 4 of our 7 days throwing up from eating bad fish at one of the restaurants in town. TERRIBLE!... More

After visiting Kona the first time I knew in my heart I was \home\. Now I am doing everything in my power to be able to retire there even if I have to work 3 jobs! It is a sanctuary. If you have not been to the \Big Island\ make it a point to see it in your lifetime!... More
