Ocean City It's known as OC, but on the opposite side of the mainland United States as you might suspect. This OC isn't the popular Orange County, California, but rather the popular Ocean City, Maryland. It is a slice of the Mid-Atlantic eastern seaboard of the United States of America, and has played host to millions of visitors through the busy summer months since the mid-1800s. Known for its clean beaches, affordable lodging and wealth of activities, Ocean City, Maryland, continues to grow in popularity as more and more families and individuals discover its potential for fun on a yearly basis.

Once commonly known as a part of Fenwick Island, Ocean City, MD, has become legendary in its own right. It has been a popular tourist destination since the late 1860s, when the first beachfront cottage was opened with rooms available to rent. Ocean City Maryland is a town for all seasons. Now that summer is almost over the lighter crowds are a great time to enjoy the beach. September bring many events to the resort area. First of all, I was just warned to keep my feedback respectable but I don't understand how that's possible when the owner of this apartment doesn't respect whoever rents it because it is simply in the horrible condition.
DO NOT stay here.
Since I have only a short space to type this, I will just list some of the things wrong with this place.
- None of the doors closed all the way
- Music from the store below pounded through the floor throughout the entire apartment.
- Store (underneath apartment) employees parked in our parking space all the time, caused unnecessary conflict..
- The personal 'cleaning staff' that the owners have are NON-EXISTANT! (tenants clean when they leave)I had to clean when I got there, including the table which had to be cleaned many times to get the coated 'brown' off. Among almost all other surfaces.
Could not see through ocean front windows, it took 10 minutes to clean what looked like it had never been cleaned before.
- ANTS!! Throughout the ENTIRE apartment
In the kitchen, on US, in our clothes, on our plate, EVERYWHERE!! Exterminater came, but didn't help. The place is infested.
- Two double beds turned into 1 king, by pushing beds together and placing King matress on top. We needed the two doubles, as mis-advertised on website.
- 1 bunkbed/dresser in HALLWAY.. The hallway is not a bedroom!!!!
- Outdoor furniture rusted, horribly outdated and uncomfortable.. Could hardly enjoy ocean front porch
- Stove/Oven did NOT work
- The third shower/bath was out of order, the toilet wobbled and was loose. The floor honestly looked like it would cave in any minute. We were literally scared to use it.
- Screen door had ghetto wooden board attached to keep it together..
- beach directly in front of building has a 'rock groin' not suitable for swimming. There it is Folks, an honest, unexaggerated review of Columbus Villa, OC!
