For every runner out there Eugene offers many places to run take a jog along Prefontaine´s trail in Alton Baker park or visit Pre´s Rock near Hendricks park both to places sure to motivate and inspire runners at heart. During football season take the family to the newly remodeled Autzen Stadium and while in the city visit the additions to the University of Oregon campus (Law Building Lillis Business Complex Dorms and remodeled Hayward Field). Downtown Eugene is small enough to travel by foot however if you do choose to navigate by car be aware of the one way streets and numerous pedestrians. There are many bars to choose from note that the closer to campus the more students... no matter what you are always in for some Good Times.
