1.A hidden treasure of a town

Watkins Glen is one of the single most beautiful towns in the fingerlake region with the gorge running through it and surrounding Seneca Lake every sunset is a treasure. There are wineries to visit great trails in the gorge to walk golfing sailing plus there's always the track if that's what drives you. :)You'll hear birds when you wakeup and yet still be a 15 drive from the track a 30 minute drive from Corning (visit the glass museum) or Ithaca (Cornell University)....
