The most amazing thing was that the bus driver not only helped me find my hotel he helped me with my suit caselots to do. museums are generally free in NZ and very interesting.the botonic gardens was greatthe only problem was the hills--bad for someone terrified of heights!I'll go back anytime... I have traveled to all the major continents and New Zealand is my favorite destination because of the amazing residents . It is like going back to the early 50's in lifestyle and honesty and manners .... they are very polite and courteous . Something you don't find many places now days .... More
