I worked in the American Embassy in Wellington and can attest to the five

overall ratings shown above.  Wellington is probably the world's windiest city; it certainly smells fresh all the time.  Only one negative:  New Zealand restaurants have unimaginative menus and truly boring meals.  Never mind:  I almost retired there!
