rustic adventurous interesting satisfying entertaining greatHaving been there twice once in summer once in winter I can say it is a great base to visit the Yellowstone park from. Whether in summer or winter it offers lots of ammenities and accommodations. People are friendly lots of activities and entertainment whether the preserve or the little theatre in town. Such a variety of places to eat shop and visit. It's proximity to the park makes it very nice as a home base as it is only blocks from the park entrance. It is the only place to enter the park in winter time as other entrances are closed because of the snow and roads are not plowed. Snowmobilers will be welcome and treated well. Local resturaunts are very accommodating. Summer is also great. Lots of places to poke around in town and explore. Resturaunts are good and service friendly. Variety of fare to offer. The local book store offers some interesting reads about the park and the area. The people are friendly and warm. Locals are ready to give a hand to the travelers with directions and advice. The snowbus looks like a great ride and a good way to view the park in the winter. Yellowstone is a spectacular park in winter as well as summer. Winter offers a pristine view of the snowy terrain with steamy and icy displays. As pretty as it is summer offers much more to explore and unbelievable beauty. Truly a work of God as only he could have such an imagination. From the flat lands to the cliffs and canyons rivers and fields of steaming splendor there is so much to see it would take a week at least to take it all in. Truly a longer period of time would be the ultimate for a vacationing experience. Wildlife galore and natures beauty abound in the flora and fauna of the area. The most exciting place I have ever been to and I would truly love to repeat another vacation in the future. God has truly worked hard to give us the full benefit of his artistic expression. A must see if no other place in your life ot visit. WOWWWW!
