typical caribbean city. 
Polluted, hectic, noisy, didn't feel safe or at home.  Locals staring at me and my girlfriend, not in a nice way...Food....  please... should've stayed in the resort. No nightlife, service poor, would never go back.   At least in Jamaica it is lively and fun although some of the same feelings as in Curacau.  Spend your money in Key West for a really fun, safe time with great food and night life.  Or Maui for a truly beautiful vacation where the countryside and beaches and mountains are pristine and preserved.
