1.Zanzibar a huge disappointment

Zanzibar was the final stop in a 3 week tour of Africa greatly anticipated but a great disappointment. We could view the beautiful beaches from our hotel but were warned not to venture out on them because of parasites. The buildings in town were covered with what looked like a black mold. No one from our group would ever return.

Beautiful... resort area in a very muslim island people were very friendly... after a short time... just like us. People are people. Never left resort (ras Nunguie-spelling is wrong) 10 miles of bad roads to main town.

I absolutely love Zanzibar which has the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. People are great.
