Overview
One of the most active foreign cultural institutions in Egypt, this is also one of the best. Nominal fees ensure a continuous flow of new media and quality services. The well-stocked library includes titles on Indian culture and languages, and is free to browse. For Indian film buffs there is a film club and a video club. Urdu and Hindi lessons are offered at absurdly low prices, while yoga costs a bit more. The center also hosts art exhibitions and lectures, which are free for all to visit.
