The waiting staff is beautifully dressed in bright, traditional silk wear. Add the crispness of mint, basil and lettuce and you have Vietnam's healthy and delicious cuisine. Simply superb, is the barbecued duck with five spices, topped with hoisin sauce as well as the caramelized fish with pepper. There's a medium range of Cape wines on offer.
