Tank is a stylish and extremely popular sushi restaurant in the fittingly trendy, original Cape Quarter. The interiors are sleek and modern while the atmosphere is relaxed. Spectacular fish swim around in large fish tanks on the walls, creating a soft blue light and a pleasant underwater world feel. Tank’s menu boasts some excellent traditional sushi items as well as new wave California sushi to choose from; everything is made as it is ordered ensuring that the cuisine here is always superbly fresh. The adjacent bar with plush seating makes for a great spot to chill before or after meals.
