Ming Bow is your standard Chinese restaurant, nothing out of the ordinary, but provides for those nights when nothing other than Chinese will do. The restaurant also provides take-aways, if you prefer the comfort of home. There are sea views from most of the tables and the service is friendly and efficient. There is an a' la carte menu as well as four set menus with an overwhelming amount of delicious food. There is easy parking at the Hilton Centre. Reservations are not usually required.

  my family and friends dined there for my sister "night before the baby comes supper" and the food was truly terrible. I ordered the chinese black bean prawns and it was so salty that it had to be returned and supposedly redone. think they just made new sauce and put the old prawns back cos the prawns was still hectically salty. The soup tasted like gelatin. The place was understaffed, i dont think they can cater for people. We had a big group and most of us returned our food, mind you, we still paid.
