Monsoon Lagoon in the Emperors Palace Hotel, Casino and Convention Resort is one of the most hip and happening nightclubs in Joburg. It has a hi-tech sound and light system and international DJ's playing rocking music. There are professional dancers on the pods strutting their stuff. The Monsoon Lagoon is open Tuesday to Saturday, 9 pm till late. The entry fee is around ZAR50 or USD6 but ladies have it sweet with free entry on Wednesday from 8p to 9p. This is a club visited by the young chic crowd, all dressed up to party the night away.
