In a rather smart hotel, in the center of town, this large, airy restaurant has the look of a typical upmarket Indian restaurant, with chrome and glass tables, maroon tablecloths and napkins and smiling Indian waiters with white aprons. Try chicken per bhai with ginger, garlic, cardamom, turmeric, coriander and chilli, or fish masala with white zeera, methi, curry leaves and a hint of tamarind. A favorite is the prawn green masalawala with mint, ginger, garlic, yogurt and coconut.
