This spectator-friendly field was designed as a temporary archery venue for the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics. The stands are 14 meters high, which is the steepest incline for any of the Beijing outdoor arena stands, guaranteeing everyone a great view of the thin arrows slicing through the air. The venue, which includes three different fields, is also utilizing recycled water, in conjunction with China's attempt to make the games more environmentally friendly.
