Overview
Although you can order Western food and a nice cup of coffee at Contempio Cafe, this lively spot invokes the atmosphere of a typical Chinese tea house. Located in the renovated Hong En Guan Temple, the 600-year-old architecture makes you feel as if you were in a tea house, waiting to be served a steaming cup of traditional tea. And in fact, they do have great tea in addition to an array of cocktails. The service is just great and the food is magnificent but affordable. The music is very good, too. -Marina Burana
