Dai Jia Cun serves Dai cuisine which tastes more or less Thai, and is replete with spicy, sweet and sour flavors. Dai, being a Chinese minority cuisine from the southwest province of Yunnan, is not very rich and all that sumptuous, but it does have a quality of its own.
